How to cultivate Trustworthy Autonomy: what goes into it?
- [ ] Self Driven — Not needing to be hounded to get your work done
- [ ] Reliable — Do what you say you will do
- [ ] Reliable 2 — Meeting deadlines
- [ ] Detailed — Triple check your work before sending it off
- [ ] Proactive — Anticipate client questions and ask them in advance
- [ ] Strategic — Always remember the forest-through-the-trees reason why the client’s hiring you while you’re doing your zoomed-in work (and if you don’t know it, ask!)
- [ ] Realistic — If you’re crunched for time and/or reaaallllly don’t feel like working, maybe just don’t
- [ ] Detailed 2 — Always do responsive and cross-browser testing before signing off on something as “totally done”
